Is this for beginners or advanced producers?

Both. Our coaching scales from foundational production techniques right through to advanced mixing, mastering and release strategy. Beginners get a clear roadmap; experienced producers get the feedback and accountability to finally finish tracks.

Question 2

Can I join if I'm a complete beginner?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We have a dedicated Ableton Beginners Course included with every membership, so you can start from zero and follow a clear step-by-step path. You'll also have a supportive community and coaches on hand whenever you get stuck.

Question 3

What music genres do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in underground house, tech house, deep house and minimal. Our coaches have released on labels across these genres and understand the specific sound design, groove and arrangement techniques that work on the dancefloor.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Super Chilled and Super Feedback can be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current paid billing period. Super Serious 1-to-1 coaching currently requires one month's notice under our Terms. Refund eligibility during the first 14 days depends on whether platform access or services have already been used. What are my cancellation rights and how do I request a refund?

Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe) and we do not store full payment card details.

You can cancel your membership at any time via the 'Billing' section on the platform. After cancellation, your access to the platform and WhatsApp community will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of transaction. If you cancel within this period and have not accessed the platform or community, you will receive a full refund.

If you request access to the platform during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately. If you then cancel within the 14-day period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the services already provided.

After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.

'Super Serious' tier members are eligible for a refund of their 1-1 coaching hours (at their coach's hourly rate) if sessions cannot be provided by their coach at a mutually convenient time.

Please contact jo@superseriouscoaching.com to request a refund or for any queries regarding cancellation or refunds.

We will notify you via email if we are cancelling your subscription for any reason. Possible reasons include breach of terms, non-payment, misuse of the platform, community rule violations.

How does track feedback work?

Upload your work-in-progress and receive detailed, timestamped feedback from professional coaches. You will get actionable notes on arrangement, mixdown, sound selection and what to fix next so you stop going in circles. Standard track feedback is normally returned within 5 working days; express feedback is delivered within 24 hours.

How quickly will I receive track feedback?

Express feedback is delivered within 24 hours. Standard feedback is normally delivered within 5 working days. Turnaround begins when your submission is successfully received through Trackstack.

Question 8

Do unused feedback tokens roll over each month?

Accepted Answer

No - Super Feedback tokens are allocated for the billing period in which they are issued and expire at the end of that period. Use your 10 monthly tokens within the month to get the most value.

Question 9

Does the 15% loyalty discount combine with annual pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you have completed 6 months of continuous active membership, the 15% loyalty discount is applied automatically and stacks with annual billing, so annual members receive both savings together.

Can Super Chilled members get track feedback?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Super Chilled members can purchase individual feedback tokens whenever they need them. Standard track feedback costs £5.99 per track. Express feedback costs £9.99 per track and is delivered within 24 hours. Feedback is purchased separately and is not included in the Super Chilled monthly membership.

What happens immediately after I sign up?

All members get instant access to the course library and private community. Super Feedback members receive 10 monthly feedback tokens, while Super Serious members receive feedback through their coaching package. Super Chilled members can purchase feedback only when they need it.

Do I need specific software?

Accepted Answer

We are an Ableton Live focused community. The vast majority of our tutorials and coaching sessions are built in Ableton, and that is the DAW our coaches use day-to-day. We do have some older videos which use Logic Pro, and the core production techniques are applicable across any DAW. If you are serious about joining, we strongly recommend using Ableton Live to get the most out of the coaching.
