Payment data: We do not take payments on this website and we do not collect or store your card details. Memberships and coaching are purchased through our membership platform provider, Trackstack; digital products are purchased through our storefront provider, Stan; and one-off 1-to-1 sessions are booked and paid for through Calendly. Some information — such as your IP address and browser/device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This includes:

We use a small number of third-party service providers (processors) to operate this website and deliver our services. The providers currently in use are:
- Google Analytics (GA4): Website analytics, including pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Loaded only where you have given analytics consent.
- Meta Pixel: Measurement of marketing campaigns and advertising audiences. Loaded only where you have given marketing consent.
- CookieHub: Our consent management platform, which records and stores your cookie preferences.
- LiveChat: Live chat support on the website. Anything you type into the chat, including your name or email if you provide it, is processed by LiveChat.
- Mailchimp: Management of our newsletter mailing list when you subscribe.
- Resend: Delivery of transactional and notification emails generated by our website forms.
- Trackstack: Our membership platform, which handles membership sign-up, accounts and billing.
- Stan: Our digital storefront, which handles purchases and delivery of digital products.
- Calendly: Booking and payment for one-off 1-to-1 coaching sessions.
- Stripe: Card payment processing at the Trackstack, Stan and Calendly checkouts.
- YouTube: Embedded video content, which is loaded only after you click to play a video.
- Supabase: Hosting of the images and video files used on this website, and storage of enquiries submitted through our website contact form (your name, email address and message).
We may also share your information in the following situations:
- Business transfers: During mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of company assets.
- Legal requirements: Where we are required to do so by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Other users: When you post or share content in public areas of the Services, such as our community spaces, it may be visible to other members.

6. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice — typically for as long as you have an account with us — unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax or accounting requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymise it, or securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
7. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, transmission to and from our Services is at your own risk. Please only access the Services within a secure environment.
8. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18, or that you are the parent/guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. 10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. As no uniform technology standard for recognising DNT signals has been finalised, we do not currently respond to them.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognise and honour GPC signals. If your browser supports GPC, we will treat it as a valid opt-out from the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes under applicable state privacy laws, including CCPA.
